Step 1
Head to app.phwebsitebuilders.net and sign up with your email address. It's completely free — no credit card required. You'll have your account ready in under 30 seconds.

Step 2
Configure your store name, currency (₱ PHP is the default), tax rate, and receipt details. All settings can be changed anytime from the sidebar menu.
Pro Tip
Set up your product categories first (e.g., "Beverages", "Snacks", "School Supplies") — it makes adding items much faster!
Step 3
Go to Items → Item List and click + Add Item. Enter the product name, price, category, SKU, and starting stock. You can also import items in bulk via CSV.
Step 4
This is the heart of HuggsPOS — the POS Terminal. Tap items to add them to the cart, adjust quantities, and hit Charge to complete the sale.
Search or Tap
Find items by name or scroll the list. Tap + Add to add to cart.
Adjust Quantity
Use the – and + buttons to change how many of each item.
Charge & Done
Hit the big green Charge button. Choose payment method and you're done!
Step 5
Every sale is automatically logged in Reports → Receipts. View receipt details, reprint them, or export to CSV. You'll see the date, time, cashier, customer, payment method, and amount.
Reprint Anytime
Click any receipt row to view and reprint it. Great for warranty returns or customer requests.
Step 6
The Sales Summary dashboard shows your total revenue, discounts, transaction count, and a revenue-by-day chart. Know exactly how your business is doing at a glance.
